We GUARANTEE that any item you purchase from us will arrive as described! We will gladly issue you a full refund less shipping charges only if the item is misrepresented in the auction description. If the item is defective upon arrival We will ship another a replacement unit but we must receive the defective unit first, Refunds will not be given for any activation issues, please check with your service provider before bidding.
